Returns are accepted if a product is defective, or has been damaged during shipment. We will exchange it after the defective or damaged item is received. All returns must be requested within 5 days from the product receipt date. All returned items must be received within 10 days your request. Email customer service to pre-authorize return and obtain a RMA #.
